About Our Founder
Nicholas represents the third generation of his family to carve out a career in the financial services sector. Joining a prestigious agency at the age of 21, he swiftly assembled a team of over 20 dedicated advisors and aspirants, in under two years. His exceptional leadership and achievements were soon recognized with a promotion in the works, which would make him the youngest associate director in the history of the insurer. Today, many of his team members are distinguished as MDRT advisors.
Nicholas's initial year as a financial advisor was fraught with challenges. Despite his success in recruitment, the pressure to excel and set an example for his team was constant. Tasked with team building and management , the additional stress of finding and converting prospects weighed heavily on him. This challenge spurred him to seek out the industry's top advisors and agents. Through regular meet-ups over coffee or drinks, Nicholas absorbed invaluable insights that he applied to his career.
Along the way, Nicholas observed many advisors struggling to maintain consistent sales, resorting to workshops and cold-calling, barely achieving agency targets and their own financial goals. The recurring stress of unmet targets and the desire to provide for their families was a pervasive struggle.
Influenced by the wisdom of his mentors, Nicholas appreciated the significance of leveraging collective expertise. He dedicated himself to forging connections with elite TOT, COT, and high-achieving financial advisors and insurance agents, recognizing the immense value in their shared experiences.
Motivated by how their insights could make a difference to other advisors, Nicholas founded the Millionaire Advisors Club. His vision was to democratize access to the wisdom of leading advisors and agents, not just from Singapore but globally, making it available at an affordable price. He aimed to empower committed professionals to learn from the best, apply transformative insights, and ultimately attain the status of Millionaire Advisors.
